HOW IT WORKS?
🌻 We have 3 types of products:
Some of my previous projects have included people who were long-distance dating and didn't have a photo together; loved ones that have passed away, including a beloved pet who became a “star;” a huge family that didn’t have a photo of everyone together; and cities where a client lived with personally meaningful landmarks and other places.
The format of the files are .jpg or .pdf. in A4 size (210 x 297 mm) or A3 (297 x 420 mm), but if you want a specific size, ask for it when describing your art.
📸 What do you need to send?
For custom portraits
Send at least five face and body photos of the person/s (or pet/s) to be included. If you want a specific style of clothing or accessory, or a very specific pose, please send a photo as an example and explain.
⚠️ Please don’t send photos with filters as they often distort important details of your face, which makes it more difficult to sketch.
For custom places, themes, and others
Send at least five photos of the places or things to be included in your theme and please explain the overall idea. Here are some example ideas for yourself or as thoughtful gifts to others:

🍄 Process:
The process will be divided in three steps:
1 - After payment approval, I will make the sketch/line art according to your request and I’ll email it to you for approval.
2 - After you approve the sketch, I’ll paint the artwork and email it to you one more time for final approval.
3 - After final approval, I’ll email you your personalized art in a friendly format for printing.
After your personalized art is painted, you can request small changes such as colors, for example. Significant changes, such as poses or props, should be made in the first step before painting.
If you want significant changes after painting or final approval, such as changing poses, accessories, clothes, or hair, an additional amount would have to be charged considering the additional time and effort needed.
👉🏽 What if I don't like the artwork?
I’ll always do my best to achieve client satisfaction, and I want you to be very happy with your personalized art (and tell everyone you know! 😃), but please understand that once the artwork has started, I cannot honor returns or cancellations considering the custom nature of the work and time and effort expended. This work is part of my livelihood and I hope you understand.💕
🎨 Advantages of digital art
With digital art, you have the freedom to print it on any frame or artifact you want; plus, you can also save it to reprint as many times as you want. Please contact me if you’d like ideas.
⏰ Time estimate
Simple artwork generally takes two to five days. Complex artwork may take five to ten days. The time estimate will vary depending on the volume of orders and changes you’d like. My goal is to create the perfect artwork for you! 😃
2 - Custom graphic projects:
Your digital project doesn't necessarily have to be with people. In case you have something in mind and want to make it visual, I'm ready to help you with that.😄💕

Although these two products are of envia digital, there is the possibility do physical receipt. For this, you will need to request the request via email. An amount will be charged separately for the frame and printing. I'll guide you through the email info@heysoli.com.
3 - Paintings painted with oil paint:
Both digital arts and traditional arts are made by artist Soli. This product is physical only. Click here to send meyour idea, let's talk. (This type of product is only shipped to Brazil)
⚠️ Exchange, Return and Refund Policy
If you paid but want to cancel your order, please request a refund at info@heysoli.com as soon as possible before your artwork is started. Once your artwork has started, no refunds will be made considering the time and effort expended as well as the customization of this product.💕
💳 Payments
Payments are made through the Wix platform, which offers transaction security and fraud protection. Installments are available for purchases over R$ 160 and are only available for credit card purchases. Payment transactions are secure and no payment data are stored.
Payment is required before starting work (this is a normal industry practice). You can make your payment with credit card, debit card, or via PayPal. You can get a 5% discount by using Pix (a payment method in Brazil) or sending me crypto directly using Tether/USDT on Binance Pay. Here’s my QR code. Please contact me if you have any issues.
⚠️ The work will only start after payment has been confirmed and photos have been sent correctly. 😄
📫Shipping
All shipments of physical products are only available in Brazil through the post office. The post office in Brazil will make three delivery attempts before the package is returned. After a package is returned, it can be resent after new shipping charges are paid. For countries outside of Brazil, only digital products are currently available. All products are carefully inspected before being shipped or emailed.
